Steve Peterson
Steve is an experienced Realtor, serving the Cedar Rapids area since 1975.
In 1988 he became the Broker-Owner of RE/MAX Associates, aspiring to try a new
approach to the real estate business. This same enthusiasm and excitement about Real Estate carries over
into all aspects of Steve's life.
He and his wife Joanne spend their free time sailing, visiting their children and grandchildren, and enjoying "Sailor" their Shih-Tzu.
Steve's upbeat attitude and experience as Broker give clients a benefit as to what they can expect, and if there are hiccups, how they can be maneuvered.
Judy Avenson
Judy is from a farm in northeast Iowa and has been a Realtor in Cedar Rapids since 2000. She graduated from UNI, intending to teach History, but plans have a way of changing. Helping you find the right home is what she finds most rewarding, and she has special affinity for character homes with history.
Outside of Real Estate, Judy's loves focus on her family including 2 daughters, Chloe and Ellie and "Dobby" the family's rescue dog. Other favorites include decorating, bargain hunting, reading, and spending time with her Mom and girls at her childhood farm.
