Cedar Rapids - City Garbage Pick-Up of Furniture is 1/2 Price
Looking to get rid of old furniture?
The city of
Cedar Rapids Solid Waste & Recycling Division
is charging 1/2 price for
furniture pick-up during January and February.
Call
319-286-5897
to schedule a pick-up,
usually your normal garbage day.
The fee will be added to your next utility bill.
It's a great way to clear out old, broken-down furniture.
Please note the 1/2 price special does not cover TVs, appliances, etc.,
it's only for furniture.
