Judy Avenson

I'm from a farm in northeast Iowa and I've been a Realtor in Cedar Rapids since 2000.  While I graduated from UNI intending to become a high school History teacher, my plans changed.  Helping you find the right home is what I finds most rewarding, but some things don't change - I do have a special appreciation for old homes with history. 

Outside of Real Estate, my focus is on my family including my husband Eric, our kids CJ and Ellie, and "Dobby," our rescue dog.  Other favorites include home decorating, bargain hunting, reading, gardening and spending time with my Mom back in my hometown.
