Second Resident Fee - $800 per month

For instance, a couple living in a 1-bedroom residence (without a den) with 1 garage stall and a small storage locker would expect this type of monthly fee:
$3295 for the residence fee

Additional One-Time fees:
One-Time Pet Service Fee - $1500
A fully-refundable Reservation fee of $1250 reserves the residence of your choice,
which will be applied to your one-time Community fee of $3,750 upon move-in.
