Even our company's founder, Tom Berthel still maintains personal clients. Fred Fisher has retired, but remains on the Board of Directors. The management team's continuous experience as personal producers gives the firm a unique perspective on the products, technology and services needed to support Investment Representatives and Advisors today. The firm is dedicated to supporting the Independent Representative with the widest array of investment products and back-office support available today.

The development is approximately 67,000 sf with 35,000 sf of office space for Berthel Fisher.  Other amenities to be included are retail and restaurant space.  
Berthel Fisher currently employs 85 full time employees who service approximately 700 Representatives nationwide.

This is their 30th year in business and they plan to take occupancy late 2015 or early 2016.
